Sisters are doing it for themselves!

Claire and Rachel, sisters from the UK, always take an annual bike packing holiday and this year it was the Eurovelo 6, from Vienna to Budapest. Ashley's Not So Solo Ride from Vienna to Budapest

Ashley is a speech pathologist from Canada who decided to ride solo from Vienna to Budapest. However, as one does on the Eurovelo 6, Ashley met a fellow solo female rider, Katherina from Germany, and completed the rest of the journey with her new Eurovelo 6 companion. How would you describe your Eurovelo 6 Experience in one sentence The ride was beautiful and made me feel completely at peace. Why did you decide to ride the Eurovelo 6? I wanted to explore a foreign country in a unique way, but also challenge myself physically to do the ride as I’ve never done bike touring before but love to be on a bicycle.
