"Every year, we have just over 800 riders taking the journey along the Eurovelo 6 with our bikes, and it always amazes me how many diverse riders we have! People from all ages with different backgrounds. Families, Couples, Friends reuniting for an adventure, and solo riders taking on the trail on their own. From Passau to Vienna, Vienna to Budapest and Budapest to Belgrade, we offer bike rental packages for all locations.

It is for this reason that I decided to create a simple blog enabling others to share their experiences in a personal and informative way. Most riders have little or no experience before taking on their cycling holiday. The ultimate goal in the end is it to encourage others like to feel confident enough and motivated to take on the challenge themselves!It doesn't matter if you are out of training or 65 plus years old, anything is possible, and to enjoy this part of the world by bike is truly an experience in itself.Please enjoy some nice short stories about others experiences riding the Eurovelo 6"

Sisters are doing it for themselves!

Claire and Rachel, sisters from the UK, always take an annual bike packing holiday and this year it was the Eurovelo 6, from Vienna to Budapest. They completed the route this year in April in the off-season just before the spring started to kick in. Ashley's Not So Solo Ride from Vienna to Budapest

Ashley is a speech pathologist from Canada who decided to ride solo from Vienna to Budapest. However, as one does on the Eurovelo 6, Ashley met a fellow solo female rider, Katherina from Germany, and completed the rest of the journey with her new Eurovelo 6 companion. How would you describe your Eurovelo 6 Experience in one sentence The ride was beautiful and made me feel completely at peace. Why did you decide to ride the Eurovelo 6? I wanted to explore a foreign country in a unique way, but also challenge myself physically to do the ride as I’ve never done bike touring before but love to be on a bicycle.
